  1. The purpose of this policy is to define the actions taken by us in the protection of your Personal Data processed through the Platform.

  2. In particular, the policy defines the scope and legal basis for the processing of your Personal Data that we collect in connection with your use of the Platform. We receive your Personal Data from you, in connection with activities performed by you on the Platform. Providing your Personal Data is voluntary, but necessary for us to provide the services (courses). The Administrator guarantees you the confidentiality of any Personal Data provided to him/ her. Personal Data is collected with due care and adequately protected from access by unauthorized persons.

  3. Your Data provided to the Administrator as part of the course registration form is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract for the registration and delivery of the services (courses), conducting the recruitment process and organizing the course. The data provided to the Administrator as part of the contact form is processed for the purpose of contacting the User.

  4. The data provided to the Administrator through the Platform are also processed in particular for the purpose of: processing complaints, sending e -mail notifications, telephone contact in matters related to the implementation of the course, sending SMS notifications, issuing invoices and fulfilling other obligations under tax law, storing inquiries and requests, creating registers and records related to the GDPR, establishing, investigating or defending againstclaims and for archival and evidential purposes.

  5. Retention period of Personal Data for the purpose of:

  • to take action to enter into a contract and to provide services (courses) until the withdrawal of consent.

  • implementation of statutory obligations under tax and accounting regulations – 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the deadline for payment of tax has expired.

  • pursuing claims and defending against claims and contractually concluded provision services (courses) – until the last day of the calendar year following the expiry of 3 years from the end of participation in the course.

Your Personal Data is transferred outside the EEA. The data shall be transmitted to:

– IPOE Ltd Registered in England and Wales, Company No. 12996403, 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom, in connection with the performance of the contract and the provision of services (courses).

Your Personal Data outside the European Economic Area may be transferred in connection with the outsourcing of certain services/activities to entities established outside the EEA or processing data outside the EEA. Your personal data may only be transferred to third countries (countries outside the EEA) or entities in third countries for which an adequate level of data protection has been established by decision of the European Commission, standard data protection clauses have been applied in their agreements with those entities, or the relevant other safeguards referred to in generally applicable law have been applied.

  2. Cookies can be read by the Administrator’s IT system. In particular, they are used to adapt the content of the Platform to the User’s preferences and device and optimize the use of the Platform, to save the User’s choices related to the use of the Platform.

  3. The Administrator stores Cookies on the User’s end device and then accesses the information contained therein in order to ensure the proper and smooth operation of the Platform.

  4. Our right to store and access Cookies is based on your consent. The Administrator hereby indicates that cookies may be deleted or blocked by the User through the appropriate functions of the internet browser used, computer programs used for this purpose and the use of appropriate tools of the operating system used by the User.

The Principal of the Russian Academy of Osteopathic Medicine. Main medical specialty: paediatrics, osteopathy. She graduated as an MD in 1988 from Leningrad Paediatric Medical Institute. In 2000 was one of the first group of Russian part-time students to graduated from the European School of Osteopathy (UK). Since 2001 she is its official representative in Russia. She has taken part in many conferences on osteopathy in Russia and abroad, conducted workshops at international osteopathic conferences and has had publications in Russian and other Medical Journals. Executive Committee member of World Osteopathic Health Organization from 2007 till 2011 and member of the United National Register of Osteopaths (Russia). She has own understanding and methodology of diagnosis and osteopathic treatment.

Jon completed his osteopathic training at the ESO (1989) and an MSc in Osteopathy (2004) Jon is a qualified lecturer with a PGCHE and an MA in education research and is a senior fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA), He has been working in osteopathic education since 1989 and has taught throughout Europe on a regular basis at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels since then. Having worked at the European school of Osteopathy for 25 years he has been working purely freelance for the last five years. Recently he is the cofounder of the Institute for Postgraduate Osteopathy (IPOE). He is the co-author of Osteopathy: Models for Diagnosis, Treatment and Practice. Currently he divides his time equally between osteopathic practice and lecturing.

Paolo Tozzi, MSc Ost, DO, PT is a leading teacher and practitioner of osteopathy and is well-known and highly regarded throughout Europe, South America and Japan. He is former Treasurer of the Osteopathic European Academic Network (OsEAN) and former Vice-Principal of the School of Osteopathy CROMON of Rome. Paolo has been a Member of the Fascia Science and Clinical Applications Advisory Board of the Journal of Bodywork and Movement Therapies since 2013. His teaching includes lecturing on osteopathic subjects to students on various post-graduate courses in Italy, Europe and overseas as well as lecturing to students on the Master Courses in Integrated Clinical Posturology and Natural Medicine at the University Tor Vergata, Rome; lecturing on biomechanics to occupational therapists at the University A. Gemelli in Rome. He is a regular speaker at national and international congresses of osteopathic medicine and manual therapy, including the International Fascia Research Congress. Paolo is author of various books in the osteopathic field and articles on fascia as well as an expert on osteopathy applied to domestic and exotic animals.
